They do, you just have to save your profile after the code is entered.

I normally do this every year, go through every player on my teams roster and adjust their abilities so that the skilled ones will really stand out from say a grinder. I do this so it makes it much more realistic, for instance your 4th line shouldnt be able to handle the puck as easily as your top line, and your slower players should be noticably slower than your quicker ones etc. I went into the edit player in the main menu and adjusted everything and saved my roster. Now I have already started a dynasty few days ago, so not sure if the new edited players will be updated in my dynasty roster? I cant tell since there is no way to see your players ratings when in dynasty.

Can someone please tell me how to get a created player onto the Flames roster in Dynasty mode on NHL 08 for PS3?

I just can't figure it out and I've googled and found nothing on this specific issue. Anyone?

I'm not sure, but at the beginning of your dynasty it asks if you want current or default rosters.

Maybe yours is set on default and therefore doesn't show new creations?

Thank god I buy the $3 guarantee's from EB games... accidentaly knocked my Xbox over while moving my computer (they are next to each other) and it was on. The guys at EB said they have never seen a gouge so bad... they wanted to hang it on the wall! haha..

You're a sucker if you don't buy the $3 guarantee.

Saved me at least $120 on the 2 NHL 08 games i've been through so far... my Xbox likes to eat games for some reason, and its not usually from bumping.

Why the hell don't they tell you about that being availible? I've bought two copies already, and I think I might need my third pretty soon.

They always have for me. But Futureshop has told me that they were replace defective copies of games regardless of date of purchase. No need to pay three dollars.

Or buy from Walmart...they take anything back. Same with Costco.

In 20 years of gaming I've never actually personally damaged a game so that i needed to replace it. Had a few that were damaged out of the box that went back but I've never had a game that just quit working because of something I did. Perhaps it's because i'm a bit of a neat freak and believe cases should always be used or something.
