I remember that quote well, they knew Ted from when he was a kid. Reminded me of when the Cards took Andre Wadsworth about 3rd overall saying he's the kind of guy I'd like my daughter to marry. Then he held out the longest of any player that year and sucked the whole time he was there.

Brady is killing me.
The team I'm up against in my money league has Brady, I have moss. These running TD's are just gravy for him because I don't get the points too.
Hanging close though.

The Pats are really making me wish I had Sunday Ticket. 38-0 with only 2 hours 15 minutes left until baseball starts tonight.
Sigh, if the football game is so over that I'm considering seeing what the wife is doing, Fox should really consider switching games.
Edit: Sportsnet has the J-E-T-S's and Bills. Looks like I'm staying the basement!

It absolutely baffles me that some of the TV 'experts' thought the Redskins had a decent chance to win today.
Unreal.

It's all just filler. They have to create hype over the game even when any average fan knows this game was over before it started.
How about the game for Vrabel? 7.5 tackles, 3 sacks, a receiving TD, and a couple forced fumbles. Jeebus.

It's kind of a ridiculous thought to be having, but the Colts are 7-0 and I'm not sure they even have a chance next weekend. LOL!

This is the game I want to see! If Brady and the Pats walk over Indy they should just cancel the season and give them the championship

They really need to stop showing the Pats games on T.V. Every game they're up 28 points by the time theres 5 minutes left in the third quarter. They should have shown the Tampa and Jacksonville game which is an actual football game between two teams. I think the Pats should be a 17.5 point favorite next week in Indy, and I'd still bet on them to cover.

Not only the tv experts (which I can understand cause they're selling ratings). The betting line went from -16.5 on friday to -14 at kickoff as all of America poured money into the Redskins.
You figure it out..

LOL. Had a guy trying to convince me of that yesterday. I had a good laugh. The Pats. At home. Against the pathetic Redskins. "They have good coverage" was his argument. Yeah, must have been awesome. Larf.

Me too! The Titans offensively aren't playing very well but still finding ways to win, and if the Jags can start losing some I'd feel a lot better about my teams chances.

Not me! With the Panthers getting spanked by Peyton and the Bucs fallin to Jax, that puts my Saints only one game back of the division lead. I didnt watch any of the Jax/TB game cuz I was watchin the Saints game, but once it was 24-23 late in the 4th, I was nervously watching the ticker every time it came across, I was sure Garcia was gonna pull somethin out of his ass.

Stupid question. If the Rockies win today game 5 will be tomorrow. The Broncos also play tomorrow night at home. Will they still play at the same time or is there a chance one will change times? I see there is no NFL tonight I'm assuming cause of MLB WS so if Rockies win there will be a MLBWS and NFL game in the same city(!?!?) at the same time.

I can't freaking wait for next week. Once again the Colts get no respect for another hell of a win. Having to play the Jaguars monday night then go back to NC on a short week against a team coming off a bye with Harrison, Ugoh, Keiho and they dominate the Panthers. The only difference between the Pats game and Colts besides one drive by the Panthers to start the game off, was the Patriots just kept running up the score and getting nonsense points, where as the Colts put in there reserves. Indy has had the chance numerous times this year to run the score up like NE has, and have taken the classy road instead.
Leading the toughest divison in football by 2 1/2 games, having a top 3 ranked defense and offense, being the defending superbowl champs, I can't see why anyone would give this Colts team any respect

How are they not gettting respect?
All you hear about is how much better the Colts and Patriots are than everybody else. How this game this week is one of the biggest regular season match-ups in a long time.
Sure the Pats are getting plenty of publicity and its sucks. But I think that the Colts are getting plenty of respect and, if there is a god, when they beat the Pats this week they will continue to get that respect.

I would bet that Tony Dungy likes it this way.
Bellichick is clearly taking out his anger on the league for the 'cheating' scandal. I would expect him to run up the score every time he can.
I think I will watch the game next weekend. Don't really care who wins, one way or the other, but it will be a good game. I tend to think that Indy has a better defense and it's at home so that should give them a slight edge IMO.
