Basically don't worry... it is pointless to chase down 180,000 users... similiar cases resulted in no actual criminal charges sticking, and a few $350 fines.
Basically the agencies involved will probably just be pleased they took the site down, finding you and me is not on their to do list.

I see it as a lot of 'big words' as well.

Right but different countries different rules. If Isohunt is hosted in Canada it isnt subject to the same rules as napster. I didnt know it was hosted in Canada but without actual seach testing it appears at least the public host is in Toronto. I doubt its actually hosted in TO, rather just using Canada as a mim host but...
What tool/site are you using to get that info and map?
I didn't use Oink, but all i can say is that when they start looking at who downloads what, I am going to be fined big time for all the music I have sampled over the years.
