The darkest roast possible. If I'm hung over, I'll drink it with one sugar and half a cream. Otherwise, black, black like my heart.

You know that their shots of cream and sugar are graded right? For a small double double compared to a large double double, a small would have less cream and sugar. It's all proportional to the cup man.
And has anyone ever tried a Gretzky? Holy shiz, that's one hell of a lot of cream and sugar. Decisions made at 3 am in the morning are never the best decisions.

Black, you can actually taste the coffee that way.
I'll add cream or milk or whatever if I need to cool it down a bit to drink it fast, and I'll add sugar if it is gross coffee. Other than that, black!
Has anyone else heard of the Wayne Gretzky at Tim's? Apparently it is an XL with 9 sugar and 9 cream! EWWWWW

Is this for real? I've never heard of it. That is disgusting.
I gag at the people that order the triple triple coffees.

That would be hilarious to see. Someone orders a triple triple and bigtmac19 walks up to them and makes hardcore gagging sounds and motions from two feet in front of their face.

I'm sure most people know this but:
"A Tim Hortons double-double — with two creams and two sugars — has 160 calories per 10-ounce cup. A black coffee had about 10 calories and no fat."
http://www.cbc.ca/news/yourview/2006..._with_fat.html
I pretty much stay away from Coffee. I really only drink water and milk.

Yup.
That's why I originally started requesting milk at restaurants. I figure a tablespoon or so of milk adds only a few calories, while the same amount of cream + a bunch of sugar makes it a lot of extra calories with your breakfast. After years of drinking it that way, I just like it better now. Particularly if the coffee isn't great, a spot of milk goes a long way to cut the bitterness. Really good coffee--i.e. not bitter--I can drink black.
Of course, Starbucks' Lattes, especially the ones with all that gross flavouring syrup, aren't great for you either.

What's wrong with a latte that doesn't have sugar or syrup in it?
Small amount of coffee and a large portion of milk, which is good for you.
