Default To the dude leaving the Kings game in a truck

So ya... Im leaving the Flames game and theres this dude in a big old truck with tinted windows.. so im making a left turn out of a lot and this guys trying to do everything in his power to not let me in, but of course, with my mad driving skills.. and tiny red car.. I sneak in there like a ninja . Big ups buddy in the truck for unleashing his fog lights and his brights on me to try and .. i dunno.. upset me? perhaps blind me ?

Gotta love the rednecks and ######s you run into in everyday life.
I have to say tho it was hilarious cuz i purposely let 2 people in ahead of me just to piss off the redneck more.

I think this would be classified as off-topic.

Yeah, it's sometimes a little weird trying to get into the traffic flow after the game if others don't feel generous. I just keep edging in front of them until they have to let me in or else we are scraping paint with eachother. I always wave a thank you though. It's a fine line between being aggressive and just being a prick.

Some people just don't perceive themselves as the stunned driver they truly are..

My favorite was the ###### who tried to plow his way through the crosswalk under the +15 right outside the Dome. I made it a point to stop and stand right in his way. Seriously... Your time isn't nearly as important as the health and lives of the people around you!

Nothing wrong with the usage of the number "2" to indicate the number 2.

ROFL... halarious...

So what about the red light camera at the macleod trail/ south stampede entrance? When someone is stopped in that intersection and the red light camera starts taking pictures... do they get a ticket... Technically they never ran the red light.. just sorta stopped in the middle of the intersection..

Some idiot in the next lane to me ran thought the light, got his picture taken and then stopped in the traffic on the very other side of the light... Was it really worth it?...

Hate to go off-topic, but really, is there a topic anyways?

That person would not get a ticket. Reason being is the red light camera is only activated once the light is red and to trigger a photo, a car must pass over the crosswalk when red. It takes two pictures, one as you are entering the intersection and one in the intersection.

He didn't have to let you in if he didn't want to.

You're completely right, we wouldn't actually want to be courteous to others.

Let's see apply some math to this question of ######baggery on the truck driver's part:

Owns Large Truck: 60% chance of ######
Tinted Windows: 80% chance of ######
Turns on brights like wee child when annoyed: 90% chance of ######

Now, as we all know, to calculate probabilities, take the chance FOR and subtract it from 100% for each condition, then multiply those numbers, and finally subtract that product from 100%, so

40% * 20% * 10% = .8%; 100% - .8% = 99.2% chance of the truck driver being a useless waste of skin; even with granting the possibility that originally he "didn't need" to let anyone in if he didn't want to. So essentially if you defend this guy, you are really, really bucking the odds here.

Maybe he didn't realize he had his highbeams on at the time because he was in the middle of a text message.
