Frank's hot sauce on pretty much anything is good.
Ranch with pizza (common), actually Ranch on sandwiches and burgers is great
Dip cucumber slices in salsa
Ranch/caeser dressing is great with potatoes

I, as well as the few of you have already mentioned it, put ketchup on almost everything. Some of the things that really gross people out are ketchup in chicken noodle soup and ketchup with mac and cheese.

I do the same with malt vinegar. On chicken and on fries.
By the way, almost everyone I explain poutine to think it sounds absolutely disgusting. I love the stuff.

I do that too! More or less just recently.
Other than that, I'm not too condiment heavy. Pretty standard, actually.

My dad puts loads of ketchup on his poutine.
I mix mayo in with brown beans.
My brother eats peanut butter, jam and cheese whiz sandwiches.

Just an FYI. Superstore sells a generic version of this; I think they call it "Louisiana Hot Sauce." Anyways, a 1 litre jar of it sells for about $4- about the same as what 200ml of Franks costs.

I don't think I really use condiments that oddly. But my family complains because I put hot sauce on lots of things, even though I wish there was more foods that I could put Franks on.
Also, as someone with Ukrainian heritage, I can't believe what some of you are doing to perogies. Savages!

As for my own strange uses for condiments, when I was a kid I used to put bbq sauce in a shot glass and eat it straight up via finger dipping. Used to really annoy my mom because "bbq sauce is expensive. Can't you do that with ketchup??".
And this one is probably a little more common, but one of my fave snacks is a couple of smokie sausages (15 min in the toaster oven) and mustard. Knife and fork and a big glob of mustard.

I pretty much put Sweet Thai Chilli Sauce on anything that is appropriate:
Rice, french fries, chicken, etc.
I don't think that's all that odd, I'm just trying to give some love to the Sweet Thai Chilli Sauce.
Salsa is always walking around like it's the greatest thing since sliced bread, but it's got nothing on the STCS!

One of my favorite condiments for burgers...
Mustard, Mayo and dill herbs whipped together and spread on the bun...
some of you might find the taste VERY similar to that of Original Joes...

Much healthier alternative as well. Try a little pepper on the cucumber as well. Damn tasty!

I LOVE hot sauce (I usually have 6 or 7 different kinds in my house) and I put it on everything. One of the strangest? Chocolate chip cookies.

I love this, my kids think I am weird, if we are bbq'ing sausages, I don't eat them on a bun, I eat them like this also. Delicious!

I frickin love ketchup. Love it more than anything. I put it on everything: - eggs of any style
- fries of any style
- perogies
- mac and cheese
- steak
- sandwiches (I mainly like dipping it, but will spread it from time to time)
- I squirt packets of it into gravy to mix it up
- I LOVE grilled cheese sammies smothered in Ketchup
- ripple chips with ketchup dip
- melted cheese whiz, with ketchup mixed in is a deadly dip for ripple chips
- on top of shepard's pie
- on top of pot pies
That's off he top of my head. I can't imagine life without ketchup....I was almost in tears in Australia when all they had was "Tomato Sauce", which is not AT ALL the same thing.

I had the same problem in Italy. Their mustard is nasty. I eventually found an international food store that had normal, French's mustard. And as a bonus, this store had Franks red hot, and cranberry juice. Life was worth living again.
