OK, I got my wireless keyboard and mouse this morning. Next day delivery is pretty sweet. Well actually I had to drive into town and pick it up since my mailing address doesn't jive with my geographical address. I just started checking the mouse's range and it seems pretty good so far. It goes through my wall and seems to have a range of at least 15'. I'm impressed as I needed to get a wireless with that range for my HTCP. Now to see how long the batteries last.

I would have got the USB key but I already got the 250Gb external HD from Costco last week - but it seems like a good deal.

The only thing to watch for is the transfer speed, I dont know if the USB key is USB 2 or not.

I'm thinking about picking up the digital camera for my parents for $159. Haven't looked at a Kodak camera for a while. Does anyone have this?

Has anyone looked at the VPN Router?

When you go to add it to your cart, it says there is a required CD to purchase, I assume its the license for their VPN software - seems like a great deal except when you have to purchase the CD for $50.

I'd be surprised to see things still using USB1.1

I just about pulled the trigger on the camera. I broke my old Kodak one this summer, and need a replacement. (I'm also flat broke right now though.)

I haven't used that exact model, but generally my experience with Kodak has been positive as far as the quality of the camera. The only thing is you have to install the Easy Share software to get the drivers. I can't remember how I managed to do it without installing Easy Share on my main PC- because I find the software a little annoying. But my mom being the "pictures are in the Kodak part of the computer" type ( ) loves it.

Picked up the USB key as well. Good deal. My old 512MB Kingston wasn't cutting it anymore.
