No idea, but I was there for dinner on a Friday and it was all you can eat. There's a salad bar and soup station as well, but as any seasoned all you can eat vet will tell you those types of things are filler and only slow you down. The meat comes fast and furious, and the servers are relentless when you sit down, so there's no one trying to punt you out the door for staying too long. I ate so much my mouth was watering (pre-vomit).
It gets busy so make a reservation.

the meat was good? I went to one in Vancouver and it really wasn't anything special but I've also been to one in San Diego and it was incredible

We should add prices to all these places so we can get an idea how much it would cost to go

Tucker's is pretty good. If I am booking a lunch for a large group, I usually go there. They have lots of room and will accomodate separate bills without complaining or automatically adding a tip. They have a huge selection of food, so even the pickiest eaters can generally find something they like. The food is good, but not something that I would rave about.
My favourite buffet is Singapore Sam's downtown for lunch. I struggle to stay awake any afternoon that I eat there. They have awesome deep fried stuff: ginger beef, salt + pepper squid, & shrimp.

I ate at that one once. I'd never do it again and agree with your assessment. The one downtown is MUCH better.

Montana's all you can eat ribs. I remember going 2 years ago, and I'm a small guy (120 lbs) and I outeat 2 of my friends more then double my weight... 5 backs of ribs. My stomach actually expanded a inch out, and I remember I couldn't sleep that night because (I think) the gross amount of food was pushing against my lungs making it hard to breath, so I had to tilt my head back to help me breath.
That was a loooong night

All you can eat is not for me. The majority of all-you-can-eat places are mediocre or lower food. You dont get your moneys worth on quality, so you need to make it worth your while on quantity. (There are a fewe exceptions where better restaurants have all-you-can-eat deals but those are usually prices higher than the typical all-you-can-eat place.
Im a pretty big guy (tall/athletic not fat/huge) and Ive always eaten a lot of small meals through out the day and not a few large ones. So when I go to a buffet, Ill have single portions of a couple of dishes and then Im done. Usually everyone else gets one of everything and then go back for 2nd, 3rds, and more. A lot of people end up feeling like you... full to the extreme... and ready to explode at both ends. So you ate a lot of food, but is that getting your moneys worth?
Restaurants make money off people like me with all you can eat. Theres no way I eat anywhere near the value of what I paid for the all-you-can-eat.

I forget what the place is called, it's right before chinook mall, has a big sign "BBQ" something or other. All you can eat sushi and make your own stirfry for like 25 bucks. I love eating there, it's always great food and a good time.

Tony Roma's has all you can eat ribs on Tuesdays (IIRC), but they don't put in on the menu.
Also, Sushi BBQ Inn on 16th is very good (despite it's slightly sketchy name) for all you can eat Japanese (not just sushi) and Korean BBQ.
Both are in the low $20s.

I'd say Open Seasame, but they definitely don't serve sushi, and DEFINITELY don't have stir fry for 25 bucks.
Sushi BBQ (I think that's the name) which is across from SAIT isn't bad, but I'm sure theres better. That, and the fact they are nazis for making sure you eat everything you order. One time we ordered too much, but we managed to finish it. They didn't believe us, and started snooping under our table to see if we threw any on the ground (I actually did, but carefully positioned it behind my foot so it was blocking her view!)

Sometimes Red Lobster has all you can eat crab on Monday nights - don't fill up on the cheese bread, and you can eat lots of crab.
