Default Stamps have brought in...

Miami Dolphin cut Az Hakim to possible help with the return game.

Good because we need a good punt returner. I am not sold with Marcus Howell at all. He seems hesitant this year that's why he fumbles a lot and rarely gets more yardage. He wasn't explosive this season compared to late last season.

Wow, Hakim?? He was a Saint a couple years back during the Katrina replacement year, and put up some decent numbers in St. Louis as the #3 WR back when they were the "Greatest Show on Turf". Very shifty, I can see him as a decent returner, nice signing!

Phew... I was expecting to see Ryan Leaf or some other burnout at QB, but Hakim!

With Burris out possibly the rest of the regular season, I feel the strongest chance the Stamps have of making the playoffs is the cross-over. Still 3 points up on Toronto for that.

Hell, I believe the crossover is the best chance the Stamps (or any west team for that matter) have at making the Grey Cup! "Blessing" in disguise?

You're probably right. I don't want the Esks facing both SSK & BC on the road either.

Stamps do have a tough schedule left though.

2 * Winnipeg (H & A)
2 * BC (both on the road)
1 * SSK (H)
1* MTL (H)

I'd figure they will win the game against Montreal. The rest will be a bit tough.
