Oh god did he? I probably drowned it out with my shouts of pure joy. Ahh well that sucks.

IMO Kass was playing a solid game but the early merge screwed her quite a bit, because her alliance had the majority and would have been in control for a few more votes.
Savage and his holier-than-thou attitude needs to go next.
In recent seasons the first person voted out after the merge is usually non-jury, but they decided to go with a 10-person jury this season so Kass is on the jury.
So after players get voted out they get sequestered nearby at a resort. They do clips of them now that they are out of the game. I find these really entertaining as you get an insight into the true vendettas, true jerks, and people who are able to live a different life outside the game.
here is the video of Kass. Really interesting comments at the end about her intentions with the jury.

I can't remember an idol being better used than right there. I'm also a bit surprised that the majority didn't split the vote. It's not like they were lacking for choices to split among.
A huge move, to be sure...but I wonder if it's gonna shake things up. The 6 that voted against Wentworth are still 5 strong, and more than strong enough to outvote Wentworth, Ciera and Abi unless something cracks, I guess. I can't see any of those three winning any challenges, not with Joe and Keith around to make that quite difficult.
I'm also amused that NOW everyone has decided it's Idol-finding time.
This season is not disappointing at all.
CP also loses it's third player, with hmmhmmcamo making an exit. =(

Damn, I actually liked Savage. I know he was rather sanctimonious at times, but I generally enjoy the old-school players. Him and Stephen are the last of that older generation that are doing anything of note in the game. His strategy of keeping Joe around could have proved interesting. Knowing Joe will win most of the challenges could Savage have made a case at final tribal that he deserved the title on strategy alone?
It was a great blindside, and like others said why didn't they think of splitting the vote like they did with Kass last week. For such experienced players I can't believe they didn't think of it.

It was also complete stupidity that the large majority didn't take the possibility of an idol being in the game into account. Oops.
Does it mix things up? I think it can but only if Joe doesn't win individual immunity. They all have to realize at this point that the first chance they get they have to get rid of him or they may not get another one.
But who knows. A big move just occurred and it may cause others to scramble and come up with their own big move before next tribal.
I would say that was a smart move by Whentworth but by no means was it a god like play. She had inside info from Joe that it could be her tonight, it was either her or Ciera. So she knew there was a 50% chance she was going home, I would say those are good enough odds to play an idol. It is definitely a feather in her cap for final tribal, especially if she can now somehow survive the next vote.
Poor Savage, he was playing so hard. I found him to be pompous at times but I really enjoyed how hard he played the game. I loved the smile on Joe's face he was just loving the chaos. Chaos is good, chaos turns everyone on each other and draws attention away from him. A united front wants Joe gone, a chaotic group just wants to do whatever it takes to make the next vote.
One thing that I think will bite that group in the ass is how they handled themselves once Savage was voted out. How can you possibly defend that comment at a final tribal Abi? What are you thinking? I just don't understand people in this game, the people who win are the people who keep their mouths shut and don't piss anyone off. A prime example of that was Natalie vs. Jaclyn vs. Missy. Natalie played a strong game, and had a ton of smart ass comments she kept to herself lol. Jaclyn and Missy were bitchy and piss everyone off and got walked all over at the final tribal.
But I will say it again, what a season, wow.

The "At least you made jury" comment? Seeing as it's Abi Marie, I honestly don't think she was being malicious there - just stupid and unaware. Savage had made a point to mention he hadn't made jury last time and doing so was one of his major accomplishments. I think she thought she was comforting him in a way. Maybe I misread the situation.
That was one of my favourite episodes I've watched. The idol play was really well executed by Wentworth, who has been my hope to win this season since it started. I enjoyed how several of the people who voted for Wentworth (e.g. Joe & Keith), seemed to enjoy it. They understand it's a game, and not anything malicious.
Savage has been annoying this entire season. I'm glad to see him go. What a baby. I don't think Abi's jury comment was ill intended, but it was hilarious, and Savage's cry baby reaction made it funnier. I almost don't hate watching her anymore because of it.

Hrmm maybe it was just how I perceived Savage's reaction, it seemed to me like it was pretty rash and that there must be more to it than just that single comment. But looking back now and reading your guys posts ya it probably wasn't malicious and was actually pretty funny. Savage was prone to over reacting especially as a baby when he doesn't get his way, he even admitted as much. I think Abi just can't help but sound like a bitch lol
