Should probably be 4-5 games suspension. Guy fails to bury a shot into an empty net because of a good defensive play and reacts by cross checking a player on the ice in the neck driving his head into the ice.

He even kinda looks like him, tall not overly heavy and plays with a mean streak.

I've been a big Pospisil fan, and he's looked good when healthy, but had honestly thought his injury issues might have cost him an NHL chance with some younger guys surpassing him.

Happy to see him her an opportunity, a goal, and generally looked good

Maybe tap the brakes a tad on anointing him a Flames legend after one game?

To hell with that. Heads up! You did what needed to be done and it WORKED. You know what you need to do next game!

For the hat trick, wanted to throw kudos out to Zad God. After the cross check he immediately put himself in front of mang to protect him from being jumped. A great shot I don't know how to post here. Oozes character and team.

What a great place to go to a game, even better that we won!

Huberdoh was invisible, but Kadri and the new guys were noticeable, and the crowd was livid over the Mangiapane hit - thought it was a stupid play that he never should have made.

Love the arena and atmosphere here in Seattle. They may be a recent addition to the league but I enjoyed the game experience so much better than ours (sad to say). Food options on the main concourse were endless and top notch - Chinese, Mexican, you name it. They’ve really taken the whole nautical theme and run with it and it works amazingly.

But still - flames win, oil lose!!

I thought Huberdeau started strong and made a nice dish to Mangiapane for a goal but he missed the net. Lindholm also had a wide open net and passed it away.

After that Dube was brought up and it never worked out. He's been bad all season.

No one is working to create passing lanes and that's why he's forcing passes through crowds and it doesn't work.

You could see Seattle players trying to go into open lanes or draw a defender with them. We should try that.

I was able to watch most of the game last night, for a change. Pretty sure I deserve an assist in the W.

Thought Sharangovich looked good.

You could see this win coming. Flames played a good game against Dallas, especially in the 3rd. Glad they got the deserved win. I feel a little streak coming.

I don’t know why I never really noticed, but the energy in the Seattle arena seems really fun. I like that the crowd even gets into the goal song.
