Where is everyone getting their footage from? CNN?
Twitter. Television news is about 45 minutes behind real-life.

Times Square is in midtown, no real flooding there yet. WTC site is downtown, closer to the water, much more flooding there.

Where are all the homeless going in these major cities? I don't think curfews apply when you don't have anywhere to go...

Hopefully some of them stumble upon a floating bottle of body wash, shampoo or clothes detergent. This seems like a great bath and laundry opportunity.

So who's the bigger legend? Rob Brown, or Ali Velshi?

Rob Brown, by a mile. Water and strong winds? pff. Canucks fans are way more unstable than a mere hurricane.

Bellevue Hospital in Washington, DC only has two hours of backup electricity left. Not good.

Rob Brown was right in the middle of the action and asking the tough questions as the riots were going on, but I never felt for a second like his life was in danger.
Watching that footage of Ali Velshi in Atlantic City, the guy is a complete maniac. Risking his life for almost no benefit. Can't you explain how bad the storm is from inside a building? All it takes is one tree blowing by at 100 km/h and you're done, dude.

IDK. Rob did have to go through this:

But an unstable storm with several places without power and flooded is more rough.

Either way, it just proves one long-held GOP theory: brown folks are crazy fanatics.

Believe someone just died a little while ago downtown here in Toronto from flying debris.

At least one death in Canada was blamed on the storm, where a woman walking on a Toronto street was hit by a falling sign.
