0.o Where in Calgary do you live? I didn't even see a single kid on our street, much less at my door.

Got close to 40 this year, way up from the previous three years. Usually we get between 5 and 10 a year.

Way less for me this year. Only had 5 or 6 down from about 20.

Ended up over 80. Almost ran out of candy, then I would have to start raiding the kids' bags.

Finished somewhere between 60-80 kids here in Red Deer. Up from about 20 kids last year. Still have lots of chocolate bars left so I gave each kid a few and will take the rest to school for my students.

7 in Cranston.
I figure the kids are all smart and go hit up the ridge mansions for better grub.

Had about 4 kids.
Likely the result of taking our son out first...

I had 105 up here in Citadel until I ran out of candy and had to close up. I ran out at about 8:30 so I'm sure I probably would have gotten at least 150 had I been going all evening.

87 in Evergreen. Down from the 107 from last year, which was a little strange. Saw a Filipino couple trick-or-treating with their kids (literally collecting candy. They had crap loads of candy in each of their pillow-cases). Absolutely made my day.
Gave out Favorites and Doritos.

Had the expected 0 out here in The Slopes. I remember back when I lived in Christie 5 or so years ago, it didn't matter the weather we'd be out there for 2+ hours collecting loot. Kids/parents are getting soft these days.

Got a lot here, except I mistakenly turned off the outside lights for a while. PILs that live a few houses down ran out of candy (> 100)

We had none, but I turned off the lights.
The kids did their thing on Friday and went to a party on that they came back with a bucket full of Candy each, so we decided to skip it this year. Last year we bought 100 mini chocolate bars and had about 80 left at the end of the night, just not a good area I guess.

We had to go out for a bit last night so we left our candy out and a note telling kids to take a few.Of course, the box was empty when we got back.2:1 odds the first kid dumped the whole thing into his bag like I did a few times when I was young. SUCKERS!!

Just out of curiosity, how old is too old to be trick or treating? I had a couple of 13-14 year olds last night that had very lame costumes (a batman t-shirt and cheapo batman mask on your touque does not constitute a batman costume). I probably would have turned the hose on them if I was running short on candy.
