Overall, I would expect so.
The inner London results are pretty much showing a ~70% remain whilst once you get around the outskirts to the east it reverses.

But overall, I would speculate for Greater London to average out >60% remain

So basically now the world economy hinges on not voting Trump in because that probably means global depression. Brave to choose leave, already the economic signs are ominous with the pound's drop.

Pound is down about 10% (~1.77 vs 1.92). Gold up about $80/Oz...tomorrow is gonna be a train wreck.

Remain gaining back some hground. Quebec's referendum actually had the Yes sign winning by as much as 50.7% with more votes counted by this time, and we know what happened. London will very likely swing it back much closer.
