Yeah, Welbeck is on loan for the season. I think he's been injured quite a bit though.

Pienaar to Spurs via http://twitter.com/#!/philmcnulty, SSN and BBC
nice cover for Bale and Lennon
and it's super cheap because he is out of contract at the end of the year
need to agree to terms on a contract, but I doubt that will be an issue

I think I just read that you've lost Welbeck for a bit with surgery now too. Gyan is going to have to pick up that slack!!

I really dont think Elmander is available. He may have been before the season started, but he really dialed down the suck this season.

He told Kick Off: “Sunderland are a massive club and I’ve had great times there but Villa is a humongous club.
“With England aspirations as I’ve got with the supply line I’ve got here I can keep knocking them in and working hard and trying to improve as a player.
“I am coming into my prime so if I can keep knocking them in and getting more international recognition and more chances for England then this will be the right move for me and time will tell.”
if Villa are humongous than a club like nEverton must be ginormous

Yeah I don't think he'll go anywhere now either but I remember hearing a month or so ago that Bolton's chairman was ready to sell him and Cahill in the winter window, so there's always hope I guess. I'd like it if we looked outside England, but the northeast is a tough sell to foreign players

Crouch to Sunderland rumours are heating up. Sunderland loves ex Spurs - could be a good fit!

Sunderland wants Crouch, Harry trying to give them Pav
Levy is supposedly in Spain right now working on someone (rumors are Fabiano, or possibly Rossi)
Suarez to Liverpool is very close

Rafael fined £8,000 & warned by FA as to future conduct for his reaction to red card at Spurs. He's suspended only tomorrow #mufc
Sir Alex jokes that he will play Rafael in Fabio's shirt. No one would know the difference.

Ancelotti: "You have to ask Steven Pienaar [why he turned Chelsea down], not me. I didn't speak with him. I never met in my life Steven Pienaar. I didn't search Steven Pienaar to come here to play for Chelsea. We don't need a midfielder, we don't need to have these kind of players." Everton boss David Moyes confirmed again today that a bid from Chelsea was accepted before the South African opted to join Spurs.

WOW! What a game. 2-0 down at half time and to win 3-2 away from home, and surviving 10! minutes of "Fergie time". That's why Manchester United are undefeated.
What a first half by Blackpool. What a season!
Suck it, GirlySports.
