My wife works on the orthopedic surgery floor at her hospital. There is a Dr. Bonebreak (or Bonebrake) there.

A gynecologist named Dr. Poon? I'm going to be laughing about that all day.
The doctor that inspected my knee and determined that surgery was necessary was called Dr. Lim.
Actually, it's the same guy that showed up in FUBAR.

There is a hospital in Halifax called the Isaac Killum Memorial Hospital. We all refer to it as the "I. Killum Hospital".
Only one I can think of off the top of my head isMick McGeough.

I was in a serious MVA once ... fell asleep driving late at night and broke my spine in three spots. The doctor in the rural emergency department where i was first taken was named Dr. C. Heaven. Too spooky.
I once saw an ad for a used car dealer, and they had a used car salesman named Will Rook.
Doctors seem to be a common source of these names ... Dr. Killum in Lethbridge is my mother-in-law's GP. I have also heard of a Dr. Slaughter, a Doctor Nimrod and a Doctor Lipschitz. Slaughter, Nimrod and Lip****z are/were all Calary doctors. I really hope Dr. Lipschitz isn't a proctologist.

Those American markets love to eat that stuff up, no matter how cheesy. Remember when Steve Heinze wore number 57?

I don't know how to spell his first name, but yes Dr. Surrender Killam.
Also in Lethbridge we have Dr. Payne and Dr. Hurt. (well I'm not so certain if Hurt is still in Lethbridge). There was one other Dr in Lethbridge with a similarily funny name.

If I'm not mistaken, One MikeBoard used to run this very site (or was an owner). Now, he seems to be in-charge of another message board...If I recall correctly, that is...

I seem to recall that there was a member of the Calgary Police Service sporting the handle of Mayne Root. I kid you not.

If he works for the bank, he should have been called Shariff Knotting-Ham.
