Sit those bums Stajan and Brouwer. Reward Bennett for his good ply by giving him a look on the top line. Also hopefully get a spark as Monahan and Gaudreau have been struggling. Interesting to see what Ferland and Tkachuk could do together getting under people’s skin.
Most importantly reunite the top line from the start of the year in the AHL. Sets Mangipane up for the most success.

He'll also be on the ice after every goal and in the final minute of each period.

Playing beside... Stajan and Brouwer. 15 minutes of being hemmed in your own zone, and having every pass you make in the o zone die when it hits your linemates stick.

I think the issue is who he is playing with, rather than how much. Pretty much setting him up for failure by playing him with those two guys.

If that I likely scenario happens I would assume people would be pleased with the obvious one off result. I do think the hype around Mangipane would be pretty high after that type of production
Unless of course the Flames lose 6-5

Biggest problem with this is that I'm not comfortable with Jagr playing against the other team's hardest matchups AND defensive shutdown assignments.
Would rather this for tonight

The argument is that doesn't matter how much they are getting lately, it's still too much. Those two should not have been dress at all.

That would be ideal, but there is roster limits and cap numbers to deal with. Not as easy as just saying they shouldn't be playing.
