Of all the moves the Calgary Flames have made to get back into the NHL playoffs, perhaps one of the biggest gambles was the hiring of Bob Hartley.

Which makes it so fitting his interview for the job occurred in Las Vegas three years back.

Rarely has a Vegas gamble paid off so handsomely.
