Really? I know it takes a little getting used to, but my folks and I enjoy it. When we've had company over, they have liked it as well.

Bird meat is boring, and often overcooked. that being said i like it when I cook it.

Lamb
Beef
Pork (so cheap.. so good for everymeal of the day)
Elk (have had some amazing freezer fulls each season)

Ostrich.

If I had a hundred clones, and they lived where ostrich live, ostrich would be extinct by the end of the year.

Nothing is as satisfying as a 10oz black peppered striploin or rib eye. Garlic mashed potatoes as the side and I am in food heaven.

Fresh king crab legs with hot garlic butter.......mmmmmmmmmmmm

Also, when in Africa eat the Goat meat. It is by far the best meat there. The cows and chicken are too thin. Goat meat is lean and tasty.

Chicken is #1 for me. I love the taste of beef more, but it is like a laxative to me if I sit down and have a steak.

Dalmatian ham is awesome. It's like prosciutto, but 10x better. It's great on pizza.

Scotch Seared Elk Tenderloin Medallions coated with a copious amount of Redneck Pepper.

That, right there is as close to heaven as one can get.

Of course my home smoked deer/elk/moose garlic sausage and pepperoni is a close second.
