Looks like I was wrong. Arnold had an amazing 2nd half!
On January 20th Arnold was exactly 50% on faceoffs, going 190/380
He finished the year at 55.904%!!!, going 464/830 on the season and going 274/450 (60.889%) after Jan 20th. In fact he only had 1 game after that point where he was sub .500 and that was in their NCAA QuarterFinal game against UMass-Lowell
Jesus what a turn around.

I think both may sign ATOs for the rest of the year and have their ELCs begin on July 1st.
I don't know about you, but I saw 2 guys in the presser tonight that just had their hearts broken because they didn't win a NCAA title, if they are the competitors I think they are, I think they want redemption and what better way than to graduate to the pro ranks and try to win an AHL championship.

I remember seeing the Flames prospects, including Arnold and Gaudreau, all at the Stampede last year when the development camp was going on. Really tight group, they looked like they were all having tons of fun together. Gaudreau and Arnold know alot of the boys already, so that's good.

As for Arnold, Right handed center, good size, skates well, improved faceoffs, this guy is going to be a keeper!
I am equally as exited that Arnold will be added to the Flames as much as I am about Gaudreau.
