I don't know. the delay of game call was pretty bad but i'm pretty sure the US would have came back to tie it anyways. Soccer is a broken sport. The referee has too much power.

Games like this are why soccer will never be a big sport in North America. Just can't take it seriously with crap like this, diving and poor officiating. Its why we hate the Canucks.

Canadian Women's Soccer team shouldn't be ashamed of this lost. They did everything they could and they could have won the game if it wasn't for the referee trying to dictate the game. I have never watch soccer for this long but this game between the Canadian and USA was awesome.

The third American goal was nothing more than a garbage call from the ref.

What a disastrous last play. Perhaps trying to head it 9 times to each other was a bad idea, in retrospect.
Then, the goalie comes way out, only to try and run back to the goaline. If she stayed put, she probably could have tipped it away. Easy for me to say behind my keyboard.
Oh well, good run. Heartbreaking finish for the girls/
