Not really food, but remember when you used to win free bottles of pop under the cap? Or when you'd get stickers/cards to collect in bags of chips?
I miss those days

The red bag, I can't remember what the flavor was called? Habanero hot or something. Delicious

I know exactly the ones you are talking about, those were good. I haven't noticed recently, but I know there were no name brand ones at superstore that look and taste exactly the same. I'll have to look next time I'm there.

I just heard back from www.crossroads-market.com and they are willing to send me two 12 packs of Tahitian Treat cans for $23.98. However, the cost to ship from Houston to Calgary is $58.24 as per USPS due to the total package weight of 22lbs.
So that is 24 cans of Tahitian Treat for a total $82.22.
I anybody can find a retailer closer to the 49th parallel please let me know. Dare I suggest a CP group purchase if we can work it all out????

Me too. Turns out, Tahiti Treat in Canada and Tahitian Treat in the USA: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tahitian_Treat

The best thing about the Hostess chips was when you opened the bag you could win awesome prizes with the little game inside.

And there were these chocolate bars that I was addicted to as a kid... forget the name... but every bar had a coupon for some kind of prize. I miss the real Vi-co. That was so good.
Is there anyone outside of Saskatchewan who knows what I'm talking about.

Goodness! If you guys *really* want it, you can have it shipped to me and I'll send it to you. PM me (if you trust me with your fruit punch! haha) I ship stuff to Canada at least once/week once/every other week.

Krackel is the only chocolate bar I like, and it frustrates the hell out of me that I can only get it around the candy holidays in tiny size. I haven't seen a human-sized version in years, but I know they're still out there somewhere.
