Morin is also beginning to right the ship.

Kid was going through it to begin the year but it would appear he is starting to produce more as of late.

Hopefully he can finish off the season strong and look to continue building next year.

He needs to have a very good off-season and really commit to doing what's required to be a pro. That's the key.

6 goals and only 2 points from "rookie-ish players or prospects, Othmann and King).

Me looking at a 4-8-7-0 record. Trying to figure out what is what.

Yeah, it will be interesting to see what they do next season. If they still think he has potential, I wonder if they demote him to Assistant/Associate Coach next season and bring in someone more experienced (like Dallas Eakins -- not Eakins, but someone like him) as the head coach and potential mentor to Sutter?

Does any Wrangler really deserve a call-up at this point? I'm not so sure.

I've thinking about this - I have not watched the Wranglers outside of clips or summaries here and there, so I have limited basis for this opinion.

But just looking at their roster, their forward group is very similar to last year; D lost Kuz, Brz, and Solo, but gained Miro, Cicek, among others; given Cooley was on then off last year, their goaltending is comparable.

The main change was Sutter.

Given next year they could start with an influx of prospects, you want a good environment for development; but if the coaching is a mess, that could be a problem.

I am curious if anyone with better information has an opinion.
