$185 was the all the central sections. The ends were in the 60s I think.

Presumably, if this sells well, they'll open the top and the real winners will be the procrastinators that grab the better rows of the upper sections.

You let Ticketmaster win if you quote prices without their insane fees

Who said they paid $185? Because I didn't say that (or pay that). The fact is that there are several entire sections priced at that however.

Looks like Flores is switching from Mexico. Good for Canada hopefully.

Might have to head to MLS though as I can’t imagine his Mexican club or their supporters would be thrilled about someone on the team ditching the National team.

I had applied for the PMA draw for Canada’s game. Looks like I was successful, though the emails haven’t come out yet. For those who applied, check it on the fifa app under purchase history. It is showing booked for me for the 2 group stage games in Vancouver and all the conditional games up to the finals.

Cyle Larin scored 3 minutes into his Southampton debut.

Alphonso Davies left today's game injured. Not sure how serious yet but less than 4 months out from a World Cup is terrible timing for any injury.

That was quite a terrible tackle to take him out on the counter. He's a great player, a real joy to watch and by far the best player Canada has ever had play for them. Really hoping he doesn't miss the World Cup.

At this point certainly for Davies, he gets treated with kid gloves until the summer. Another few weeks and can basically say the same of all the projected starters.

Minutes and experience for some guys have been very important to get to a level over these past couple years where the World Cup stage isn’t too big physically or mentally.

But that’s been the plan over the course of the previous year or so. Now they we are closing in just over 3 months, and they either have that experience or not, so now it’s about being properly rested and team togetherness a starting with this next International window.

Davies is the face of the team, publicly and within the team, and how he goes, so goes the team. It will be a massive confidence blow if he isn’t 100% for the WC. The Germans know this too and will want to protect their investment in him.

I don't think Bayern Munich will baby him at all, they don't care if he plays in the World Cup. He's under contract until June 2030 when he'll be well past his prime. They play in the second knockout round of the Champions League on March 10 or 11 and then agains on March 17 or 18. If fit, he'll play for sure.

Unless he’s in the morgue I fully expect Davies on the roster, healthy or not (preferably healthy!)

Hopefully the group can get healthy and limit any more injuries in the run up. March is going to be a big window and need as much of the group there as possible

Sounds like Davies' injury is short term, will be out 3-6 weeks.

Davies is a problem.

He is incredibly talented, but he is primarily a 'Pace Merchant.' And these little niggles and muscle injuries are the first things to slow a pace merchant.

He is going to have to learn to adapt his game because you cant outrun everything forever.

He's fast but he's so much more than that, he also makes good decisions and is good 1v1/agile... if it was just about speed Dan James would be the 3rd best player in the premier league not stapled to Leeds bench. I think even if his straightaway speed declines a bit he has more than enough about him to be a good player for a long time.

Promise David has ruptured the ligament connecting his hip to his quad. Having surgery Friday. 3-5 month recovery so his World Cup is still possible but in jeopardy.
