There's been talk of a mystery team being involved. I have no evidence but I have to wonder if that team isn't Tampa Bay. They have Raddysh that needs an extension, I wonder if they could trade Raddysh as a rental, take that package + something like Geekie and another pick/prospect and turn it into Ras with an extension and run Ras and Hedman as their top pairing.
Seems like a better idea than giving Raddysh a long term extension.

Slight distraction from the Andersson furvor (maybe someone already posted) but listened to the latest Kyper and Bourne show. Guys were talking about Montreal needing to add some more in terms of physical players the conversation turned to Kadri being a player they should be targeting and Kyper dropped ‘they’re trying’
I know it has been long speculated here, the fit seems great. It will be interesting to see how this goes. I would be pretty surprised to see the Flames trade all three of Andersson, Kadri, Coleman. But if the offers are too good to turn down, maybe they all go. I would be impressed.

I think Kyper has also said the offers for Kadri are not worth considering so far.
Maybe he is are trying to do us a solid by getting pressure on the Habs to submit a serious trade proposal. Kyper loves Kadri.

problem is they don't have a 1st in 26 or 27. Other than that, I wouldn't be mad if it were Tampa. They have Sam O'Reilly, they have Conor Geekie. I'd also take someone like Max Crozier as a throw in, if the Flames want a body on the blueline back.

On Barn Burner yesterday, Dreger said he believes there is a strong chance Kadri gets traded.
This is also a change from what he has been saying in the past. So things have definitely changed somewhat, from what Dreger believes at least.
