Pretty standard Bears stuff to wait until later in the game to try to win I guess. But their defense is absolute buns.

He clearly bobbled it and never had it really secure.
Also, these go calls on 4th down with a QB in his first playoff game are just brutal.

Both of the last two go calls were questionable, but that one was just insane. Just shows they have zero faith in their own defense. If you think the other guys are about as likely to score from their own 20 as your 30 and it's just going to eat more clock that way, there's no reason to punt ever. But you should at least be thinking about maybe giving Love more chances to turn it over.

It’s already starting with Williams just looking overwhelmed out there but a couple more drives like these past ones and he’s going to have that blank shutting down stare.
I think that’s partially why Johnson went for it there, to try and give his QB confidence.

He doesn't, although coming into this game he had a 5-5 TD/INT ratio in the playoffs. He's kinda streaky with it. Regardless it's the only thing the Bears defense does well so...
Normally I'd say take the points and go up 14, but with 2 minutes left, they might score and regain the momentum... I think you go for it on 4th and a half inch here and if it doesn't work they can try to get out of their own end zone.

I feel like Bears fans are oddly comfortable right now? I know that sounds insane, but this is what the Bears have done all year. For the majority of their games they look like one of the worst teams in the NFL for the first three quarters, then turn into the 07 Patriots for the majority of the 4th quarter, and in the final two minutes have significantly more Satanism than the Chiefs had last year. If they can keep it within three scores into the fourth I think they are in good shape.
