Legion is my guy, and my renegade Femshep shouting at the Geth and Quarian to make them get along is one of my favorite parts. Agree on the genophage part though, letting the Krogans run amok again seems like such a stupid idea

My kid just finished Donkey Kong Bananza on the Switch 2 and has declared it his favorite game of all time. It was on the assisted mode but he's only 6 so I thought that was still pretty impressive. It's definitely not an easy game.

He got the Switch 2 for Christmas and it's pretty fun. Hopefully more games that he will enjoy are out soon.

I just want the game to play out in a way that results in the best story and best cutscenes. That means Jen Hale is voice acting them, and it requires some tough choices.

same thing with Mordin; I'd rather he not die but the whole scene was such good cheesy scifi video game drama. "Someone else might have gotten it wrong". Just top tier stuff. Same with the other scene; they did such a good job with the Geth / Quarian stuff that a tragic outcome hits. I understand people who go the opposite direction and you get Tali dying but I don't think that's as good a scene and it doesn't work as well narratively, IMO. But saving both sides is lame.

My guy is 5 and has started to get more into video games, I was wondering about getting him the Switch 2 next Xmas.

I take it there's enough out there for him that's not too overly complicated?

Got DQ3 2D HD remake, and enjoyed that even more.


Realized I stopped playing Dragon Quest (when it was named Warrior here in NA) at 4, and wondered what versions I could get on PC.


Just finished dropping 100+ hours into Dragon Quest XI, and now I'm eyeing up the demo for DQ 7 remake, coming out early next month.


The art style is a bit cartoony, but I'm really enjoying the games themselves.

DQ8 is my favourite game of all time.
