I don't think I ever mentioned it, but I when I was in Penticton this summer, there were a couple of 40+ year old guys trying to hit on teenage girls. One of them had a Stuart Skinner tattoo on his arm. It was like a stencil art picture of his face and said Skinner under it.

God I hope that was his Dad or something...there is no other excuse for that...
Of course there remains the whole 'hitting on teenagers' thing but thats to be unpacked on another day...

The big money in music now is in writing soundtracks for video games. The talent follows the money.

Oh the mental gymnastics displayed in that video are very impressive.
It’s funny, if Friedman had said he thought McDavid was going to sign they would be all over that as evidence he’s staying. Friedman says he thinks McDavid is leaving and it’s “well he really doesn’t know anything more than I know”
LMAO

I love that this is already becoming a massive distraction for the Oilers. That team is gonna be all kinds of dysfunctional to start the season if this doesn’t get resolved soon.

Gregor is such a clown. I saw him whining the other day about people wanting the playoffs to go back to 1 to 8 saying it won't matter because the Oilers played Dallas a bunch of times in a row in the old format.
He just wants the Oilers to get a mentally fragile Kings team every year.

Yup. And you just know that they’re probably gonna draw the Kings again this year, because the hockey gods clearly enjoy watching the world burn.

Texted my oiler buddy yesterday and he's ####ting bricks he is going to leave. The hockey gods have a way of screwing Flames' fans at every turn, so l won't rub it in until it actually happens. I personally think he will re-sign eventually, but the delay at least gives me some hopium there's truth behind him wanting out. The oiler fear is fun to experience in real-time.
