Was the house next to it. I live near there. Never seen that many police cars in my life. Probably 30. One at every intersection

Don’t know that part. From the article attached above sounded like not associated to the house he was shooting at or the house he broke into.
Had a canada wide warrant out for him. So guessing not a real winner.

It is irrationally irritating that they don't release names with these incidents. Dude had a nationwide warrant, but we can't say his name? Was it a Prime Minister's Choice, No-Name TM Warrant?

This guy randomly just decided to shoot a bunch of bullets into a house with a family in it? Yikes.
Fortunately, the house he entered was empty. This could have been a lot worse.
His Bonnie was apprehended, so we should get some info on what his motives were.

That’s my question. He must be an adult. Maybe because of the suicide.

That house is so cute and well maintained. I hate that it has been desecrated by this person.

Was it James Bauder? (I'm being facetious here)
Judge put a warrant out for him, because he failed to appear. Wouldn't complain if it was, & he removed himself from the equation/the case.

Maybe to prevent retribution? Who knows what is involved, could be a child's life at risk or something.

His name is everywhere.
Elvis Vukaj 31, A Canadian-Armenian wanted on Canada-wide warrants after he removed his electronic tracker last week, he was on bail awaiting trial on charges that relate to accusations he shot a homeowner and a dog in a break-and-enter/robbery. He was also awaiting trial on charges related to a $200,000 extortion case. Vukaj's pending trials were being handled by organized crime prosecutors.
In 2022, Vukaj was charged alongside two others with extortion.
Shortly after that incident, Vukaj was arrested and charged with three firearms offences and seven charges for breaching court orders. In another case, police arrested Vukaj after he left a local steak restaurant. CPS said Vukaj had ties to organized crime and was carrying a loaded firearm at the time of his arrest. In 2020, Vukaj was convicted on charges relating to possession of cocaine and body armour.
Personally I want them to name the idiot judges that keep letting him out of custody to the streets to do more carnage, it's beyond ridiculous.

Yeah absolutely shocking. How does someone accused of such a violent crime, with multiple parole breaches and other gun offences get out on bail? Thankfully, no one but him was hurt, but this is a massive failure.

Vukaj was released on bail in August 2024.
In January 2025, while on bail, Vukaj is accused of committing a home invasion robbery.
In that case, he is accused of shooting a dog and a homeowner.
Court records show that Vukaj's bail was revoked at the time of his arrest in March 2025.
But in June, following a contested bail hearing, court documents show Vukaj was once again released by Justice Allan Fradsham.
