If I owned a private business I would place a large sign in the lunchroom stating that microwaving fish in the facility is immediate grounds for dismissal. I'm not kidding when I say that #### lingers for no less than an hour in our office. It's suffocating and ####ing nasty!

Had to walk two people off the ledge today. Not my reports, just come talk to me and #### the door. One is above me and amazing. Had an almost jammer last week because of the stress. But he’s back.
I’m not good at this. No idea how doctors do it.
