I'm wondering the same thing about STARS.

Pretty sure I saw STAR1 go into the restricted zone this morning and up into the Bow Valley area.

As for the cloud seeders I could see that being viewed as not essential at all versus operational security, and they have to stay clear.

It's real. They are refueling planes, there is a HOSER12 as well

The US still has some cabinet members and other government officials in town. I doubt they require ultra high level security but may get some level of VIP protection.

First Osprey's I have seen airborne. Got a picture of two of them at the airport from afar on Saturday but just happened to be out getting gas in the car and caught the five of them.
