Haha Toronto media has been incensed with how secretive it's been and why they're not getting any information at all.

Yeah it's been amusing. "Oh, he's in Munich, but it has nothing to do with his injury, he's just getting a routine treatment by a specialist to make him feel better!"

Maybe Ovi breaks the record on one leg.

Yikes, not much depth for the Caps.

Actually, it's better than it sounds. Strome has more points than Ovi, McMichael and Protas are PPG or better, and every forward who has played at least 1 game, has a point, with the exception of former Flames superstar Sonny Milano.

Really, it's probably the best outcome. No break, no ligament stuff, no ACL issue and he'll fully heal after missing what, 18-20 games or so? Going to be very hard to break the record this year though....

He probably needed a rest anyway at his age.

Bet he scores 5 his first game back.

Generally, a fracture is a crack, a break is when the bones are fully away from eachother.

Not true - they are the same thing. There are different types of fractures such as a compound fracture but the terms fracture and break are interchangeable.

You are describing a type of a fracture. The majority of people who say “I have a broken finger” or “broken hand” don’t have that type of fracture…they still have a fracture though.
