There is a tweet going around with the Medical Examiner of the area disclosing either his notes or State Police notes to a group chat of his friends which has then been screenshotted by one of the group’s participants. Twitter tracked down the LinkedIn of the Medical Examiner.

If true, it’s pretty clear the Medical Examiner just lost his job.

The worst telling thing I read was on Reddit, where multiple different users saw a user post the news about 2 hours before the tweet came out during a Phillies game thread which was deleted quickly.

God this sucks. He was so young. What an awful tragedy.

Johnny hockey...simply amazing......for me it's been loob, makarov, iginla, tkachuk..johnny....these type of players who have provided me a lot of joy in hockey and our team. These players are like extended family (to me at least lol)

And with especially Johnny... he's been a key to driving my sons passion for the sport and team. He grew up watching the best of Johnny rocking the dome..the layeral crossovers..whoah..his quiet confident nature..something for kids to learn .also the blue Gatorade sharing .....good times
