I'm curious about the Bob-the-Fish name. My band used to play in that bar a lot.

Loved that bar.

With new jersey likely out of the playoff race...seems like a failure for both sides...if Holtz/ mercer were part of the package, regardless of retention, that would of solved the issue of wolf not being on the team while adding a good player at the same time.

Spader and Farley shaped my young comedic soul, Sandler too, but there was no combo quite like Spade and Farley when I was growing up. The Belushi/Aykroyd of my era.

Black Sheep was originally supposed to be a sequel to Tommy Boy but something happened that kyboshed it so they moved forward with a new script and the same two leads.

I don't think they ever circled away. They're sitting like a vulture in a tree, staring at the Flame's death throes waiting for it to stop. Conroy wants a 1st. Canucks are done giving up major assets (unless someone gives them a young, cost controlled player they know they can re-sign). If Conroy's ask drops, the Canucks will do it. If it doesn't, they'll try on July 1st.
My take on Tanev is he will be a Leaf. It's a matter of when, not if, Treliving offers the 1st.

He definitely fits what Treliving likes. I was thinking that too, but Leafs should only be dealing away their first if it’s for a contract longer term. They’ve dealt so many at the deadline for temp acquisitions recently that it’s starting to add up. They should offer him a deal and then deal that first to us.

If Leafs make a move for Tanev, it's with the assumption they can re-sign him.
I think anyone that trades for Tanev, they're doing so with the intent of giving him his final NHL contract.

Bending Tre over with a slice of boston pizza in hand would complete Conroy's rise to greatness.
I hope it happens. That 1st could also be high than some others.

And you can never find Farley movies on any streaming services, but as rentals. Apparently his family hold rights or something.
