That's how I feel too. They need a clean slate. It is difficult to get fans emotionally invested in a team when there are constant worries about arenas and whether they will have to relocate. It just creates a cycle of public disengagement. Constant talk of relocation makes the public apathetic, and when the public is apathetic, there isn't going to being the political will there to get land and arena deals done.

I don't think there's anything to get done. Taxpayers have no appetite to pay for another entertainment district and will fight it. A lot of NIMBY in Phoenix right now.
