The only Charlie Kirk video worth posting is the one where he dresses up in diapers to own the libs at some university a few years ago.

So I haven't seen it explicitly pointed out anywhere, but if he paid the doorman, that means there's a kid out there somewhere..... right?

Ronan Farrow investigated that in his “Catch and Kill” book / podcast a few years back.

Sixty percent of Americans approve of the indictment of former President Donald Trump, according to a new CNN poll conducted by SSRS following the news that a New York grand jury voted to charge him in connection with hush money payments made to adult film actress Stormy Daniels. About three-quarters of Americans say politics played at least some role in the decision to indict Trump, including 52% who said it played a major role.

those numbers are ####ing depressing.

I’m shocked it’s as low as 60%. Should be in the 90s.

Considering US politics are tribal and a 50/50 split its pretty damn impressive. It means a good chunk of Republicans are currently against their own party leader.

At least until he runs vs a Dem (no way he ever goes to jail). Then they’ll drink the Kool-aid again.

You forget that 20% of Americans are Christian Nationalists/MAGA types. Ethical restrictions do not apply to people that are on their side.

yup, that's what I meant. It's obviously not surprising anymore, as US politics has become completely team-based and those MAGA zombies will lap up every BS thrown their way. But still, depressing as ####. There was a time when the Republican party would have stood up against something like this, but they've eradicated every ounce of decency they might have had.

I'm not surprised, this NY prosecution does look like a political witch hunt.

At least with the DOJ investigations, I can be pretty sure Garland isn’t pushing for partisan goals. In fact, he’s probably leaning too far in the other direction.

But if Trump had lost in 2016 and then just faded into the sunset, I don’t think NY authorities would’ve convened a grand jury for this. Bragg is a politician who knows he can score big points by going after Trump. There’s every reason to believe this is a big part of his motivation.

And despite the 34 felonies against Trump, I'm sure they'll amount to a slap on the wrist. Weisselberg had 15 felonies against him and that's all he got.

Why is it a witch-hunt to prosecute somebody for doing something illegal? They prosecute and imprison people for less.

They can ignore Trump when they fully pardon everyone who has ever been convicted of a lesser crimes.

Yeah, it’ll never get there but that number SHOULD be 30% higher if not for the crazy right. If people realized that criminals need to be prosecuted and no one is exempt then the number would be much higher.

What’s the percentage that think Biden or Clinton should be charged?

This is nothing more than attacking a political rival. If Trump wasn’t running again do you really think this would have seen the light of day?

Use your critical thinking cap.
