Did the Flames get a shot on net in the 2nd half of the period? This has not been a banner season for the organization but it's been a while since I have seen the Flames so thoroughly dominated in a period.

I don't want to say they didn't prepare and that they didn't have good effort, but man, they were so thoroughly outclassed in that period of hockey.
I would also say they should be ashamed, but maybe they shouldn't be? Maybe this is the best they can offer and we shouldn't beat up on them for not being as good?
I dunno, I have to rationalize that period because otherwise I might just cry.

Ppl are going to see and say what they want but I just don't think Markstroms the issue here. This team is in full blown f*** it mode. I'm inclined to believe that the Team has completely checked out on Sutter and Co.
I fully anticipate a top to bottom purge in a few weeks.

Flames stink. Markstrom has been awful this season no doubt but so has the rest of the team. Sutter has been pathetic. Putrid display all around.

What the hell kind of passing are you trying on the PP Huby. Two exact plays at the line, not even trying to push it deep. Yes, I get you’re pressured but hard passes back to the point where the player is a foot away doesn’t scream possession. I really want him to actually show something but it’s like he doesn’t want the puck on his stick for longer than a second.
