Sharp angle, over the shoulder shots all game long.

With a bit of luck we could score 10 tonight.

Lucic, Lewis, Ritchie

I'd be pretty excited to hit the playoffs with that lineup
Agreed but not a chance those 3 sit unless injuries come into play.

Just looking at the numbers goals against seems to be the issue in our division outside Vegas. Surprisingly of the other 4 battling it out we have the best at 3 goals against per game.

A bunch of people have been screaming at Pelletier/Duehr getting scratched. Sutter has talked through the reasons behind it many times but fine, people have decided he no longer knows how to coach hockey and is possibly one of the worst coaches in the NHL. Maybe people will believe Ras though? Since he's an actual player playing the game today? Spoiler alert, he says the same things Sutter says about how it's not a big deal, a good thing in fact for younger players and how hard it is going from AHL to NHL.

Or maybe Ras is also dumb. Starts at 2:50.

It was all at the beginning of the year when Huberdeau was new to the team and Lindholm was struggling (as well as Huberdeau). They both are playing much better now.

Huberdeau and Lindholm have had a couple overlapping shifts lately and put together some nice plays.

Huberdeau is the most talented forward we have. Lindholm and Kadri are our top 2 Cs. It CLEARLY isn't working with Kadri. Refusing to give it another try with Lindholm is unjustifiable.
Sure. I get the allure of Lindholm-Huberdeau and I don’t like Kadri with Huberdeau either. It’s not trying Lindholm with Huberdeau that’s the issue. It’s the trio with Toff. They had an abysmal xGF/60 and looked like a checking 3rd line and I expect it will look the same now as it did then. Everyone is quick to point out Lindholm struggles early which can just as easily be attested to the lack of chemistry the trio had.

What’s unjustifiable is going back to a trio you know doesn’t work offensively or splitting up the best duo you have in Toff and Lindholm to fit Huberdeau with Lindholm.

I’m all for giving Huberdeau-Lindholm another shot with just about anyone once we are mathematically eliminated but I’m certainly not advocating for it now

Yeah. But I suspect Ras coming out now saying the exact same thing will put that noise to bed. It was always silly to suggest Sutter is a hockey idiot but fine, he's getting older, perhaps the game has passed him by? Maybe his personality is making him do dumb things and he's cutting off his own nose to spite his face? I dunno, I'm not convinced anyone here knows better than Darryl Sutter but I could be wrong. But an actual NHL player who has lived through being a younger player trying to break into an NHL lineup? Surely, fans don't know better, right?

It may shock you to learn, a very large portion of the western world is actually quite arrogant.

Correctly guessed a goal scorer in the Tim Hortons app every day for the last 6 days.

If any of Lindholm, Backlund, or Andersson scores tonight, I win free coffee for a week!

You’ve got guts choosing Flames players on your 7th day!

Thanks to Mangiapane I got a lot of free coffee last year but this year I’ve layed off picking any Flames.

My one rule is that I always pick the Flames. Flames come before all else, even if it goes against my interest as I don't want to cheer against my team. Go Flames Go.

I once bet against them in proline. Once. It was awful.
Never again.
