Yeah if Itse is happy for Will, where do we draw the line? A punch? A beating? A lead pipe? Stabbing with a knife? Gunshot? wood chipper? Vat of acid?
For me, it’s wood chipper. Will Smith was within his rights to kill Chris Rock, dismember his corpse and feed the pieces into a wood chipper. But anything past that, I feel would be an overreaction.

If this helped the Academy financially and from a PR sense it would happen.
It's possible to think that Chris Rock joking about someone's appearance / medical condition is wrong and also think that Will Smith hitting him is wrong.
And yes, the hitting is a "worse" wrong.
And yes, I understand lots of comedians make those kinds of jokes. I don't find them funny and if I know that's someone's "schtick" I don't watch their shows.
The future of comedy...I can never get youtube videos to embed properly, can somebody give me some tips please? thanks
Use the YouTube button up top there, beside the NHL one, and then copy only this part that shows up after the slash - DOZoYlOBXhw - into the space between the square brackets. It embeds it.

More like, I am in the front row I am obligated to laugh... wait.
Nah man, my wife is Korean and of some comedian calls her out by name, and starts with ching chong jokes I ain’t laughing till my wife corrects me. Then sucker hit the guy.
His wife rightfully shamed him and he goofed, and made it better to himself by hitting a guy and making a scene.
