Aww, that’s cute. They made the oilers hoodies to wear that says ‘Oilers, NHL playoffs’. A monumentous occasion, like when most other teams get shirts or hats when they win the conference or the Stanley cup.
Banner worthy!

Had to share some gems from that other forum. Oilers fans not happy with their superstar at all.

This series is over in 4 as we have zero scoring depth and McDrai aren't playoff performers.
We need a complete overhaul of our bottom 9, and McDrai trades need to be on the table if we want to have playoff success. Drai can play playoff hockey, but McDavid can't.
I would give up a 100pts in 53 games for a play off win . I love mcd and I'm grateful for having him and Leon but damn I want play off wins ffs
McDavid could learn from playoff MacKinnon.
I'm expecting a defeated Oilers team to roll over on Sunday and Monday. This team has no leadership
Once he got 100 pts the team gave up. That was our Stanley Cup.
The coach isn’t developing these guys to be playoff performers because they run his show. It hurts the team.
It honestly looks like him and McD are just pouting hoping for calls.
F*** Connor just hasn't a clue how to play in the playoffs Floating around and on the wrong side of the puck. No determination. Trying to be too delicate and fancy. Bear down FFS!!
McDavid is not impressive in big games, or big opportunities, he's really a shrinking violet.
You can’t go pointless after 100 in 53 and escape criticism. He’s not actually Jesus

The best part for me in this series is that Smith has played great for both games. I’m pretty confident that “old smith” will have at least one brutal game , with gaffs, during the series.

McDavid has 9 points in 15 games if you take away the points he piled up by playing the 12th seed last year. He has a lot to learn about playoff hockey.

The great thing about Smith's performance is that he is playing his way into a long-term extension in Edmonton. How can they let their MVP go now? And how can they justify paying him anything less than Kostinem to keep him?

Smith HAS had a absolutely brutal game in each of the last two postseason series that he’s played.
