I live in Victoria. Everyone in Bc is pretty aware that Covid has been bad in Whistler for a while now. Anyone that goes there is an idiot and has very little respect for the ppl they are bubbled/work with.

Correct.

Again, there's a reason he went from "we'd like to move him" to "Get the #### out."

Half the team had unfollowed him on social media and #### like that even before the trade. It seems like such a strange thing to bring up but the reality is that stuff like that can be a good indicator.

While what he did wasn't breaking protocol or illegal, it was incredibly dumb.

If that's all you do, yeah, I agree. I suspect more was done than just that in this case. The rumours are both Sutter and Horvat were absolutely livid with the Gaudettes. That doesn't factor in how a guy like Hamonic felt, or Hughes, who was hit the hardest by the virus.

Look at the US government if you need proof. How many republican members Vs. Dems have had it.

Agreed, but you have no data or political affiliation to prove your point. To me there is no need to assume whether people lean left or right in the COVID discussions. For a data point, the worst states for COVID are New York, New Jersey and California, what do they all have in common? If your answer is government intervention, massive lockdowns and high rates you would be correct.

Or you know, population density

Are you honestly trying to suggest that people on the far right are just as likely to follow protocols?

Muh freedoms

Check out an anti mask/restrictions rally....more Trump or Biden flags?

Sorry but in the real world the majority of people against restrictions lean right...thank dear leader

Canucks fan’s GoFundMe raises over $2000 for ‘Fire Benning’ airplane banner
That recent headline is interesting, apparently it took about 3 hours and Benning himself even pitched in $36 and offered to sign the banner to a 6x6 deal.

Now post the pictures of all the BLM mass riots...I mean "peaceful protests" lol. You will find that in the states the largest super spreading events were BLM and antifa riots.
These riots raged all through covid in massive numbers.
But hey it's cool cause racism is the left's main tool.

I wasn't trying to start a political debate...the fact is people who lean right a more likely not to follow protocols was all I said.

Its a fact, especially in the US...what about this and what about that doesn't change these facts.

Heck, republican representatives argue every day with Fauchi to remove all restrictions....they chanted to fire him because he recommended them in the first place.

I am not even debating what is right or wrong...just that someone on the right especially the far right is far less likely to follow protocols. God hop on twitter for 2 minutes.

Citation please.

This sounds like Grade "A" bull#### to me. All you have to do is correlate infection rates with the timing of the protests to know it's utter bull####.

Try again, but this time, keep the casual racism to a minimum.

For the record, the largest super-spreader events were Thanksgiving and Christmas.

I'm not sure racism can be casual, but I don't appreciate you calling me a racist. But you are correct about Christmas and Thanksgiving so I apologize. I should have written that post a lot better and just compared the mass protests.

Anyway I think its probably better just to stick to hockey these days
