There isn't no connection or similarities. I just don't see Markstrom imploding is all.

Add to that the very apparent attitude issues across multiple teams. IMO he's living his best life in Florida and doesnt care too much about results.

It's an interesting side note since it was always the thing in Calgary for a long long time to not give out NMC's

The delay in finalizing this thing was probably the Flames lawyers teaching Markstrom how to answer questions about LIndholm's "influence" to avoid tampering charges.

You know what would be nice? Just for a few minutes if we enjoyed the successful signing of a great free agent goalie and stopped criticizing everything about the contract. Honestly, if he agreed to a $1 salary, some of you would still complain.

You just have to remember there's certain posters who are rooting for Treliving to fail more than they are rooting for the Flames to do well
