I like how this Zary chap is cocky. Hope he pans out because it would be fun watching him and Tkachuk smirk all over the ice.

Likes the Zary, Kuznetsov and Poirier picks. Thinks Boltmann was a surprise. Has no notes on Chechelev. Likes Francis' skill, thinks skating could be an issue. Thinks Kerins is smart and has decent but not great speed and skill. Solovyov is a good puck-mover but has weak boots. |

Pronman says the rankings are based on the talent added to the rosters, and considering Vancouver got a D in large part due to not picking until #82, I guess had we not added those two additional third rounders our grade would have been lower.

			Vontae Mack, no matter what.
If we want draft day levels of shenanigans, Tree and company provided that in spades. Savvy as all hell trading down 5 spots.

End of the day they got Zary, Poirier and Boltmann for dropping down 5 spots. Solid work and deserves a gold star from everyone.

Pretty good considering how high the two who rated better than us picked.

Kevin Costner is outstanding, and the direction is so much better than that movie deserved.

But taking a middle linebacker and running back (who’s the son of a former team legend) with picks 1 and 7 over a franchise quarterback so you can roll
with Tom Welling and calling it a win is the Brownsiest thing that could possibly happen.

Still kind of in awe of the double trade down tactic and how well it turned out. Impressive GMing there. Hopefully a sign Tre is on his game and ready to kick ass the next few days.

Draft Day is inherently bad because it involves the Browns, maybe the biggest clown show of a franchise in any sport.

I don't even like NFL but it still is a fun behind the scenes even if dramatised that I like to think happens with the NHL.

Any reason Zary is one of four 2020 CHL based first rounders not yet signed to his ELC?
I believe there is an advantage if we get him signed before the calendar year is up. But can't recall what it is (sliding rule or waivers maybe)?
