Same time, starting the first week of April. Would be too much work to rearrange arenas otherwise.
Building in my point above, not sure the league could get to equal GP for teams.
Would have to have some other tie breaker....like RoW. Flames would be done.
Or maybe a play in tourney to get into playoffs for the bubble teams, played in empty arenas next week. And if things are still unstable as of early April, then cancelled.
Could see the NBa do the same thing, take the standings as they lay tonight.

But what teams? Can you safely exclude teams on the bubble like the Flames and Oilers even though they're currently in a playoff spot?
Is it possible we see another Crosby-like draft lottery with every team in the draw?

Major League baseball might be delaying the start of the season by six weeks. I am hearing this on Sports radio.

How many NHL teams use the same venues as NBA teams?

From the other thread, i think it's too risky now to even play in empty arenas. Pretty sure the PA would fight it.

I would guess the teams that would make the Playoffs based off the current points percentage at the time would be excluded and the 15 teams that wouldn't have made the Playoffs based off point percentage would be given their normal odds.
But obviously that's a guess

Have Raptors entered Scotiabank Arena since playing the Jazz? If so, the Maple Leafs may be infected by the virus now too.
NHL is gonna have to shut down if that's the case. Don't think they'll wait until the first case for a player or staff member within close players proximity.

I don't see how the NHL can play with fans after tonight. I can't see them being the last major sport playing to fans. That would be a terrible look.

If the NHL season is cancelled that’s my cue to stock up on Alpha-ghetti.

I don't see how the NHL can continue now.
It's inevitable.

I genuinely think they will end up canceling the entire season if this doesn't calm down.

Raptors played on the 9th. The leafs played at the Acc yesterday, so yes right after the Jazz were in town. Just realized it was an away game, ya not too sure if the raptors are back.

Since there are already entire NBA teams under quarantine I don't see how playoff games would even be possible.
