That would be amazing for the reaction on CP, if nothing else, lol.

That would be incredible.

Bouwmeester would become only the 29th (!) member of the elite Triple Gold Club (Olympic Gold, World Championship and Stanley Cup).

I'm honestly rooting hard for the guy. One of the most underwhelming, yet underappreciated players I've ever witnessed. Yet he's carved himself out a pretty good career earnings-wise and with his play on the ice.

History will be made tonight.

If the Bruins win, Boston will be the home of 3 of the current North American major league sports champions. Only once before have one city's major league teams held three championships simultaneously -- Detroit in 1935 when the Lions, Tigers, and Red Wings were all champions.

If the Blues win, they will win their first ever Cup and will be the final surviving 1967 expansion team to win the Cup. Jay Bouwmeester will become a member of the Triple-Gold Club with a win. The Blues will also be the first team since the Flames 30 years ago to win the Cup without having any players on their roster who previously have their names on the Cup (Sundqvist was with the Pens in 2016, but didn't play enough games to get his name on the Cup).

Does it get any better than Game 7 of the Stanley Cup finals?

I don't care who wins. Hopefully it's a close game with no reffing controversies.

Man, i hope i get to experience a flames cup clinching game in my lifetime again. Would be nerve wracking as hell, as opposed to now where I really don't even know if I will watch the whole thing...

Bruins fans calling for a penalty as STL puts the puck over the glass... in the offensive zone.

Swing and a miss.

Should the Blues win tonight it will be their 10th road victory in this year s playoffs.
It would tie the NHL record.

The Westwood one/NBC radio feed has great intermission stuff and SN radio carries that feed.

Wow Boston with 2 grade A chances and missed on empty nets.

Nervous hockey for sure.

That was a surprisingly uneducated reaction. I notice you don't even get a loud cheer in southern markets when the puck goes over in the offensive zone.

Binnington is getting the early lead in votes for the Conn Smythe trophy.

Probably the most obvious over the glass in a long time. Paryko watches it leave the rink like a long drive. Kill this off, Blues. What a freaking save, Binnington!

People are fired up and yellin at anything.

The Boston market has been around for almost 100 years...that was just people being people

We are removed from the emotion and energy, they are smack dab in the middle of it.
