Flames have also beaten SJ badly. And taken TB to a shootout.

These games were circled. These games matter to the players.

I'm surprised they didn't send Hathaway to the box as well on the first one.

So should ever other team pack it in? Flames haven't lost back to back in regulation since early November

Of course they do, but they don't define an entire season.

What's most impressive about the Lightning is their effort and compete level. It's game 56 of the season, they have a very comfortable lead over the rest of the league, and they are playing this game like it's a playoff game. Cooper is doing an amazing job.

Tampa had an extra guy jump in...that is why they got a penalty

2 Vs. 1

Couldn't be more than 5000 people at that Panthers/Stars game.

It could say several things. For the Flames I think it says that they are not playing as well as they were @ around Christmas. What it doesn't say is how the season will finish.

Need boring Monahan to get back on his garbage truck. Lindholm is the only guy getting shots on net for that line lately.

Definitely, but they routinely send both in those situations.

No argument there.

Both 3 players? lol

Third man in threw a punch...that is called 90% of the time

If they all go the Flames still get a PP

He jabbed back, but I can see why the call was made.

Just usually see them send both guys to the box on plays like that.

Longest travel possible in the NHL, playing way out of our time zone against he best team in the league. No need to get carried away after 1 subpar period. Flames will build momentum and win 5-4 in OT.
