Didn't see the first two periods but the Flames have done nothing to draw a penalty this period. They haven't held on to the puck long enough to get a call.

Well, NJ has their defenseman changing tactics and pinching a bit more most of the period, certainly since the 2nd goal. So the Flames are Forced to be making safer exits to compensate. And Devils have a lot of speedy guys and good forecheckers who are also pressuring lower a lot more.
