The worst part is realizing that Anaheim hasn't really had to earn the 2-0 lead. Even when the Flames play really well, they manage to find a way to lose. I believe they can make a comeback in the series but I'm hoping it's not too late. To win the series, they have to win at least 1 in Anaheim and it's a shame that both of those games were very winnable

Dominated? If they hax, they should have scored at least 4 or 5. You cannot score only 2 goals and call it domination. But that does not ma tter. They LOST! Why? Because they are the most undisciplined teams in the league, consistently taking dumb penalties.

Just come back next game and play hard and smart. We had a chance in both games and game two we had a great chance to win. A lucky bounce here and there and they took two games. Play their game and hopefully a bounce or two go our way. Definitely need a couple unsung hero though.

Listen, all of you who say that the Flames deserved this loss are just wrong. They deserved to win. The idea that either of those two penalties in the third period are penalties at any other point in this game, let alone the final minutes of the third period is preposterous.

They dominated the Ducks. This cheap ass excuse for a team is lucky to be up 2-0. Keep with the program and they will win this thing.

And just so we're clear here.. No penalty on Hampus Lindholm, but Hamilton gets a penalty for trying to get Perry's stick out of his midsection.. right. In the third period of a playoff game. THAT is the call you make.

I think the rebuild is showing its cracks. We are out of the bottom of the barrel years of the rebuild and have no real sure fire game breakers to show for it.

This series is likely over. They were obviously the first western conference team to qualify.

The outcome of these two games sucks for sure. But we have to be pleased with how much the Flames have closed the gap on a top team like the Ducks. We were fully in it both games, which is more than we can say two years ago.

Calls aside, a few weak goals was the difference in both games. I think we have a solid chance to take two at home. We control the match ups so the top two lines should open up on the ice.

Split the series and we're back to square one. Let's go flames!!

It just kind of feels like some people like Polak, unfortunately Pylon and some others are sitting in front of their computers at 8:30 before puck drop typing up their posts for the end of the game, and rubbing their hands together and saying "I can't wait for this team to lose so I can post these zingers". Then when the ducks put in that fluky goal their hearts started to pound in anticipation and their posting fingers started to tingle.

"I've got my magazine of posts ready to go and the first round is chambered".

I guess like the Batman movie where some people just want to watch the world burn. Some Flames fans just want to rage.
