Leaving aside incorrect or misleading information, which I do think comes more often from the right, the choice of which facts to present and emphasize does follow a left right split. Facts are not left or right but can be used to support either viewpoint.

Having said that Trump is a very easy target for anyone not on the right, the news writes itself.

One of the easiest ways to measure the level of B.S. from a media outlet is their willingness to do the same story on both sides of the political spectrum. That's why even though I'm pretty liberal I hate MSNBC just as much as Fox News. They both only look at the bad of the other political party.

I tried thinking of examples when I posted, but I started thinking about things like Obama birthers and Trump crowd sizes and there not being direct equivalencies on the other side.

But at the more meta level, it would be calling out elected officials on both sides when they do something unethical. It would be running just as many stories on someone like Anthony Wiener as they did about Larry Crag or Mark Foley.

Perhaps on an issue of influencing elections there might be a direct comparison. Check the number of mentions of the Koch brothers against the number of mentions of George Soros. Both seem to represent the boogey man to the other side.

The White House is preparing executive orders targeting key and controversial Obama-era climate and water rules, the Washington Post reported Tuesday.

Through executive orders, President Trump will reportedly tell the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) to rewrite a 2015 rule that cracks down on greenhouse gas emissions from existing power plants.

He will also instruct the EPA and the Army Corps of Engineers to redo another 2015 rule that gives the federal government more regulatory power over waterways around the country. Along the way, he will also lift an Interior Department moratorium on federal land coal leasing.

The power plant rule — called the Clean Power Plan — and the water rule are two of the most expansive and controversial environmental rules issued by the Obama administration, and ones that Trump has long promised to undo.
The Clean Power Plan was the centerpiece of Obama’s climate change agenda. The measure envisions a 32 percent reduction in electricity sector carbon emissions by 2030. Environmentalists support the measure but Republicans contend it gives the government too much power and the energy sector says it imperils fossil fuel industries.

I think they can't find a comedian who will do it. Lots of possibly, not so keen on Trump comedians have volunteered, but out of all of the pro Trump comedians,,,,both Jeff Foxworthy and Larry the cable guy have declined.

Bill is one of the few enlightened Americans who realizes that federal politics isn't really a big deal in the daily life of an anverage American.

No, it was right the first time. Most people won't see any difference in their day to day lives regardless of who wins elections.
