How good of a two way player is Mikael Backlund?

Seriously the guy is playing some amazing consistent hockey this season.

Picks the pass off on his backhand in our zone and starts the rush. Drives it into the zone with his head up and makes the perfect pass through 2 sticks to Matty who makes the one time pass to Frolik who one times it in.

That line is so good. Backs driving it in all zones.

Serious Selke type season happening here.

Haha, these Pittsburgh announcers are super frustrated with their team...complaining that the Flames are getting their sticks on everything and that everytime the Pens get into the offensive zone, the Flames clear it right away.
